The Contractor shall provide all reqired photocopying machines, supplies (except paper), and services for the VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York facilities located in Albany, Buffalo, Bath, Canandaigua, Syracuse, and their associated sattelite facilities. Contractor shall be required to place approximately 150 machines into service ranging from 30 copies per minute up to 100(+) copies per minute and at various monthly volumes. Total estimated annual volume is approximately 27,000,000 copies. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a base and four option years. The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor and materials to implement and manage the plan throughout the life of the contract. The Contractor shall be required to provide operator training upon initial placement of all machines. On-site service response time of not greater than 2 hours is required for all locations covered. This requirement will be phased in beginning with contract award through 12/31/97. All sites will be on-line not later than 12/31/97. (0086)
