Consulates in Sapporo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Naha and Nagoya requires the
operation and management of guard services in order to prevent
unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal
attacks against employees, dependents and property and terrorist acts
against all U.S. assets, and prevent damage to government property. The
Cntractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor
personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. The
Contractor shall designate a representative who shall supervise the
contractor's workforce and be the contractor's liaison with the
American Embassy/Consulates. The total estimated hours are: Tokyo,
38,061 guards, 8,760 sr. guards, 8,760 superviser; Sapporo, l,928
guards; Osaka, 5,061 guards, 8,760 sr guards; Fukuoka, 13,260 guards;
Naha, 13,098 guards and Nagoya, 2,169 guards. Solicitation is for one
base year and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.
