The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting written expressions of interest from contractors desiring to be placed on prequalified contractor's list for design and construction of building expansion of U.S. Postal Service Processing and Distribution plants in the State of Florida. Successful design-build entities will be placed on the prequalified list for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of notification. Only prequalified firms will be authorized to submit proposals for selected building expansion projects within the State of Florida for the one year term. Firms will not be reimbursed for any expense incurred in developing the prequalification package.Design/Build entities interested in being considered for placement on the Prequalified List resulting from this effort must complete this Qualification Statement in its entirety. Only those entities determined to be most highly technically qualified by the Contracting Officer will be considered. The U.S. Postal Service will select enough highly qualified firms to obtain a fair and reasonable price.There is no cost for the prequalification package.
