The above aviation signs and runway distance markers are internally illuminated for nighttime operations. Approximate size: 4-ft x 4-ft x 14-inch. Signs and accessories must be in accordance with NAVAIR Manual 51-50AAA-2 and FAA AC 150 / 5345-44. If quoting Equal to Crouse Hinds or substitutions to the Crouse Hinds part numbers listed above, your quote must be accompanied by Part Numbers and Manufacturer's Specifications for Evaluation and Approval by the Public Works Engineering Division and the Planner/Estimator. Note: Substitutes must offer a complete package if additional parts are required for a complete installation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-97-Q-1253.
