SPECIAL NOTICE Electonic Data Interchange (EDI) Value Added Network (VAN) Certification. DITCO has officially certified the first EDI VAN Provider under the new EDI Value Added Network License Agreement: Softshare Information Services, 136 West Canon Perdido, Santa Barbara, California 93101 (805) 882-2588 sales@softshare.com. All current DoD VANs and all pending new VANs must be certified under the new License Agreement. As of February 21 1997, 58 organizations have signed the new VAN License Agreement (Dated August 1996) and 57 are still pending certification or re-certification. The certification process web site has been moved and updated.
