Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections services for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location shall be in the Texarkana, Arkansas area. Estimated total number of mandays for the base is 7,300 mandays. Estimate total number of mandays for each option year is 3,650 mandays. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a April 15, 1997, estimated closing date is o/a June 16, 1997. Contract base period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew.
