The JLSC seeks sources capable of providing a COTS software product which is accessible by telephone and provides an interactive voice response. At a minimum the product must: provide the customer an automatic avenue to search through assets, enter requisitions, modify requisitions and elicit requisition status; operate unattended and provide service to the customer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; gather statistics and provide historical information concerning usage; include the capability to transfer the caller to a customer service representative upon request; and must be able to interface with the mainframe computer at the wholesale supply system at the inventory control point (ICP) where the data is collected, stored and processed. This synopsis is for the sole purpose of identifying prospective sources and does not commit the JLSC to make an award, nor to reimburse costs of submitting data.
