70 -- EDDYNET95 MIZ AND MRPC SOFTWARE PROGRAMS SOL RQ.20765024 DUE 040297 POC Contact: Yvette Brown, Procurement Specialist, 301/415-6507 The NRC intends to enter into a sole source purchase order with Zetec, Inc. for the acquisition of their Eddynet95 MIZ and MRPC Software Programs for upgrading our existing eddy current testing (ECT) data analysis software which is currently being used by all ECT vendors in the U.S. The procurement shall be conducted using other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. There are no substitutes for the Eddynet95 software programs because they are proprietary and sold exclusively by Zetec, Inc. Interested respondents must submit a written capability statement including technical information sufficient to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet this requirement, by close of business April 2, 1997, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Contracts, Mail Stop T-7I2, ATTN: Yvette Brown, Ref.
