Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing 2-pipe chiller/heating system with 4-pipe system (chiller to remain, replace boiler & associated equipment); replace existing domestic water piping ; convert 4 rooms to handicapped rooms; abate asbestos ceiling coat; provide fire alarm system; replace exterior doors; replace gutters & downspouts; replace metal handrails; repair concrete stairs & landings; clean & seal brick masonry; provide exterior insulation finish system (EIFS); renovate parking area; and provide new driveway. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
