Project No 872CM3016. Work includes but not limited to the following: Roof and Deck Insulation, Installation of roof insulation and vapor retarder on existing metal deck ready to receive roofing. Repairs and alteration work to existing roof as specified in the solicitation. Remove existing roof top equipment, roof aggregate built-up roofing and insulation, damaged flashing, sheathing and blacking. Haul away all trash from the cemetery site. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Copies of solicitation may be obtained by written request to issuing office, along with twenty dollars non-refundable deposit per set. Payments shall be by certified check or money order made payable to US Department of Veterans Affairs. Personal or company checks will not be accepted. Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
