New construction shall consist of sitework, grading, concrete sidewalk, new wood stud building with vinyl siding exterior finish, concrete foundation and floor slab, new partitions, architectural millwork, heating and air conditioning, lighting, mechanical, and electrical systems as outlined here within or on the contract drawings.
