The combined synopsis/solicitation is removed. A solicitation (RFP) will be issued. The solicitation will be for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Subpart 12. The RFP will be mailed to those individuals who attended the site showing and those individuals who have submitted questions and whose names and addresses we have received. The closing date of March 12, 1997 for receipt of proposals is extended and the revised date will be in the RFP.
