Computer Program (DHCP) appointment reminder, Rx/info, copay balance
inquiry and confirmation/cancellation of appointment inquiries.
Contractor shall provide training, installation, on-site next business
day hardware maintenance, software support, updates and enhancements
for first year after installation of system. Request for proposals must
