EDWARDS AFB, CA ON 18 MAR 97 The Phillips Laboratory Propulsion
Directorate, Edwards AFB, CA, will be holding a Hybrid Tactical
Propulsion Workshop for government and industry on 18 Mar 97 from 8:00
am until 3:00 pm. The workshop will be held at the Propulsion
Directorate facilities, Building 8351, Room 230, at Edwards AFB, CA.
This project involves technology that has a military or space
application. The foreign disclosure office has determined that
limitations of foreign participation are appropriate. Due to the
sensitivity of the material to be discussed and the nature of the
impending solicitation on this subject, the meeting will be open only
to U.S. government personnel and U.S. contractors, who are registered
and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC),
Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan (1-800-352-3572) and have a

of the registered contractors. Only attendees with a current Secret or
higher clearance will be allowed to participate in those portions of
the workshop that will address classified information. Foreign
nationals, foreign owned or influenced firms, and foreign governments
are prohibited from participating in this workshop. Phillips Laboratory
personnel will present results of numerous analyses they have conducted
aimed at the development of technology applicable to the air-to-air
missile mission. They will also discuss the history of the development
of an international agreement which may lead to a cooperative project
in the subject area. It is the intention of the Phillips Laboratory to
submit the subject area as a topic in an upcoming Program Research and
Development Announcement (PRDA) call. Phillips Laboratory seeks
feedback from industry during the course of the workshop. The
government project manager will also be available for discussions with
individual contractors on the subject area on an as needed basis. All
