Browne (202) 663 4292. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
(EEOC) Washington, DC 20507 contemplates a two-phased approach for the
following effor. First under Phase I, a facilatator is required to
provide training services for EEOC and Fair Employment Practice Agency
(FEPA) personnel on the mechanics of running an employment tester
program, and on criteria for choosing appropriate test subjects. Second
under Phase II, one or more contractors will be required to run a pilot
testing operation out of a selected EEOC field office. EEOC personnel
will provide oversight of the pilot testing operations. For training
EEOC and FEPA personnel, the contractor must have a minimum of two (2)
years of prior experience performing the following functions: 1.
Training organizations on how to run employment tester programs; 2.
Conducting employment tester programs and analyzing the results of such
programs. For conducting the pilot tester operations, the contractor
must have a minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in conducting
employment tester programs and analyzing the results. EEOC
contemplates award of one (1) contract to conduct the training of EEOC
and FEPA personnel, and conduct pilot tester operations. EEOC reserves
the right to award one (1) contract, or make multiple contract awards
to conduct other pilot tester operations under this solicitation.
Offerors may submit a proposal for all of the work under Phase I and
Phase II, or only for the work under Phase II. The period of
performance for the basic contract shall be from the effective date of
contract award through twelve (12) months with two (2) one year
options. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
RFP availability is limited and will be furnished on a first received,
first served basis until the supply is exhausted. All requests for RFP
