CLIN 0001: 1 each: "Scanners and Software Conversion Bundle", Ideal Scanner and Systems (11310 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD) part number AGG4098, Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the following salient characteristics: 36 inch 800 DPI Full Scale Color Scanner minimum requirements Scan E size drawing at 300 DPI in 70 seconds; Resolution from 25 to 800 DPI range; Accepts 40 inch wide media for 36 inch wide scan; Output RGB, CMKY, HSB color, 24 bit to 1 bit color; Raster scan output; Binary or 256 gray shade, Histogram analysis, digital signal preprocessing, threshold correction, must correct skew and despeckle while scanning; Must scan to minimum of 50 industrial standard formats including RLC, PCX, TIFF, CALS, FAX, DFXtrace and DXBtrace. Must include interface Kit for Windows NT with SCSI; Shall support 24 bit RGB color, 8 and 4 bit Extracted color, 8 bit grey tone and Black and White scanning. Can extract coloring separate layers. Includes Software on CD or 3.5 inch disc, 6 foot SCSI Cable and Users Manual. Raster to Vector Conversion Software minimum requirements: Processes multiple documents while user is preparing other documents for conversion (converts in Background) Vector elements and text conversion. 32 bit raster editing Package minimum requirements; Includes raster filters for despeckling smoothing, thickening and line separation. Provides Batch processing, drawing tools and selection editing. CDROM Mastering system minimum requirements: Allows viewing and storage of drawings on CDROM's. Document Scanner minimum requirements: 14 inch wide scanner; Resolution 25 to 800 dpi; Output binary or 256 gray shade; SCSI2 interface and user manual. Scan Interface Software minimum requirements: Software supports of 50 industrial standard formats including RLC, PCX, TIFF, CALS, FAX, DFXtrace and DXBtrace. Converts multiple Raster format to and from JEDMICS C-IV Format. Delivery 20 days after award.
