The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to place the AFFF system back in service. Project includes, but not limited to, repair/replacement of miscellaneous piping and valves, flush all piping, perform flow test of pump, make adjustments to foam discharge nozzles, perform test as required to determine proper operation of the system and reset the system to a fully operational status. Experience requirement: Due to the complexity of the AFFF system, the contractor must have installed a minimum of five AFFF systems in the past five years.
