The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking dental care providers in the local commuting area of Moses Lake, Washington. Unless other qualified sources who meet the Gover nment's needs are found, Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Moses Lake Community Health Center to provide dental services for students at the Columbia Basin Job Corps Center in Moses Lake, Washington, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. T he Job Corps requires that the Contractor perform 100% of the services with their own forces. Although the Job Corps Center provides a fully-equipped dental facility for performance of the services, the Contractor must have facilities within the local co mmuting area for 24 hour on-call emergency services. Services include: preventive dental health education; routine dental exam for each new student; individual diagnosis and treatment plans for each new student; all necessary ! dental procedures; services of a d ental hygienist and dental technician; and, providing advice and recommendations regarding student dental care to Center staff. The Contractor must provide dental services 2 full days a week at the Job Corps Center and be on-call for the 24 hour emergen cy services. The response shall demonstrate your ability to provide the services listed ab ove, including evidence that you have an existing dental facility in the Moses Lake area and are licensed to practice Dentistry in the State of Washington.
