The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on an unrestricted, competitive basis Technical Services and Materials for the Removal, Site Preparation, Fabrication, Relocation, Installation and/or Maintenance of Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies Technical Equipment (TE) at various Shore Activities, Training Sites, Laboratories, Ships and Remote Locations in and out of CONUS for the Naval Sea Logistics Center, Mechanicsburg, PA. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract is contemplated for a 12 month period, estimated at 363,185 hours straight time (ST) and 33,249 overtime (OT) hours, ONE 12 month option period estimated at 375,567 ST hours and 34,485 OT hours, ONE 12 month option period estimated at 375,345 ST hours and 34,485 OT hours, and ONE 12 month option period estimated at 169,867 ST hours and 15,447 OT hours.If all options are exercised, there will be approximately 42 monthsordering period and 48 month performance period.
