Work includes general renovation type construction, alterations, mechanical HVAC retrofit utilizing existing steam and chilled water sources, complete replacement of domestic and sanitary systems, extensive electrical work, necessary removal of existing structural and non-structural items, removal of lead containing items, asbestos containing insulation and paint, and the application of synthetic stucco on building exteriors. removal of existing slate shingles and membrane roof and installation of asphalt shingles and EPDM roofing as well as removal and replacement of all exterior windows and construction of enclosures around two existing patio areas on building 1H. Construction cost estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. SIC code 1522 shall apply to this solicitation. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
