Z -- REPLACE VALVES AND VALVE BOXES ON CHILLED WATER/HOT WATER LOOP AT NIMA, 3200 SOUTH SECOND STREET, ST. LOUIS, MO. SOL NMA402-97-B-0003 DUE 041697 POC Contact Phyllis Barr, 314-260-1206/Contracting Officer. This is construction project #96-0012 which consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof. Work is to include replacement of the existing valves and valve boxes for the chilled water/hot loop which serves the outbuildings at 3200 Second Street, St. Louis, MO. The work shall be performed by a Mechanical Contractor. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period is 180 days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. An Invitation for Bid shall be issued. Estimated date of award is 15 May 97. The work shall be performed at National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO.
