Services shall commence 1 October 1997 and shall continue through 30 September 1998. Contract contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable charge of $10.00 for this solicitation package. All requests for copies of this solicitation shall be made in writing and be accompanied by a company check, Money order, or Cashiers Check made payable to the TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
