This is a market survey to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the overhaul and repair of DBA Vertical Displacement Gyroscope, CN-1314B/A NSN 6615-01-187-0548. Current source for overhaul and repair is Naras Aviation Corp. 12331 S.W. 132nd Corp, Miami FL 33186. Necessary drawings, Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) and Special Test Equipment are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing an alternate item must so indicate, in writing, to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Only those offerors who can meet the total technical and delivery requirements with a fully qualified DBA CN-1314B/A that meets form, fit and function requirements should respond. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet UH-60A/L Black Hawk Helicopter operational requirements; b.) availability to meet operational and depot level maintenance manuals (draft manual acceptable); c.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty. This acquisition is expected to be a noncompetitive procurement with DBA Systems, 1901 Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee Fl 34758. Award is anticipated by 3rd Quarter FY 97.
