Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the Site Preparation for ADDS, Building 36, Section 4D, 3200 South Second Street. Work is to include the removal of existing systems furniture, installation of new computer workstation furniture (Government Furnished Material), electric computer and utility power to the workstations, and minor modifications to the computer floor system and relocation or removal of three Packaged Air Conditioning units. It is anticipated that the project area will not be available to the contractor until 12 May 97. The work shall be performed by an general contractor who has experience in systems furniture, computer workstation furniture, electrical and mechanical work for computer and building systems. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399.
