Reference Acceptance No. SN025919 Scope of Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and supervision necessary to maintain the Over-the Horizon Backscatter (OTH-B) Radar system in a caretaker status. Services primarily include maintaining equipment, facilities, and grounds at both the East Coast Radar System (ECRS) and the West Coast Radar System (WCRS). We will conduct a pre-solicitation conference on 27 Feb 97, 9:00 A.M. at the Crestar Bank Building, 11817 Canon Blvd., Suite 302, Newport News VA to discuss small business potential, RFP requirements (commercial possibilities), and technical requirements. In preparation for the meeting, we have developed a draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and it is available for comment on the HQ ACC/LGC homepage at www.acclog.af.mil lgc business business1.htm. (This acquisition will emphasize maximum use of the Internet). If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy can be requested from Capt Dev! allon. Contractors are encouraged to visit sites, review SOO on internet, and attend pre-solicitation conference. All interested parties should provide information concerning their company's capability to provide the services described herein. Your information should include a brief capabilities statement, including previous experience and/or additional information which supports your ability to fulfill this requirement.
