The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform monitoring and soil boring well installations for petroleum contaminated sites located throughout the state of Florida. This includes but is not limited to Pensacola, Fort Walton, Panama City, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Key West, Florida. The contractor shall provide the above services as ordered by the ACO. Additional, the subject contract is an indefinite quantity type contract with a "guaranteed minimum" of $65,000. However, the Government can not commit how many, or which items of the bid schedule will be ordered at the above cited locations. There is a $25.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans.
