Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement/ Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR applicaion and to execute the appplicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's availabililty dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items.
