The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis the following: One (1) each Telemetry receiver chassis, rackmount, Model 1400-WBA, with the following plug-in modules: Model 14416 Dual-band, RF tuner module, 1700-1850 MHZ/2185-2485 MHZ; Model 1448-WB Wideband FM demodulator module; Model 1420-WB(5/10) Dual bandwidth 2nd-IF filter module (5.0 MHZ and 10.0 MHZ IF bandwidth); Model 1461-S (WB) Spectrum display unit; Optional low pass filter cutoff frequencies for video bandwidth: 2.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 MHZ (3.0 MHZ is the option). The equipment listed above must be compatable with existing equipment and is proprietary to Microdyne Corporation of Ocala, FL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requestedand a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-97-Q-1031 and the solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 90-37. The SIC Code is 3663 and the size standard is not applicable. Delivery is required on or before July 01, 1997. FOB Point is Destination at China Lake, CA. The Provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are no addendums to the provision.
