All diagnostic test materials and equipment proposed and subsequently provided by the contractor shall have full FDA approval prior to submission of the proposal. The proposed system shall interface with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS). The interface shall have been written and validated by the Government prior to submission of the proposal. All equipment is required for location within the Microbiology Section at MAMC, Tacoma, Washington. The contractor need not be the manufacturer of each test kit or equipment component. However, the contractor shall assume full responsibility for the system, including providing a single source for customer service and support for all aspects of the testing system.
