The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate a contract for the procurement of Running Gear Retrofit Kits- A/M 32K-4A Rough Terrain Trailer. The Running Gear Retrofit Kit shall consist of completely assembled components and attaching parts. Each Retrofit Kit shall consist of the following items: Front Axle Assembly, P/N 1541AS152-1 including attaching parts; Rear Axle Assembly P/N 1541AS189-1 including attaching parts. Each kit shall be manufactured to Government drawing packages DL154AS152 and DL1541AS189, the front and rear axle assemblies respectively. Partial Government Furnished Material (GFM) will be used in manufacture of the running gear. Initial quantity includes one (1) Product Qualification Inspection Unit and 24 Production Units. The requirement includes three options of 20, 45, and 285. Shipment shall be at the rate of 25 kits per month commencing 120 days after release for production or contract award if product qualification inspection is waived. If Product Qualification Inspection is not waived, unit shall be ready for inspection 60 days after date of contract award. The anticipated procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
