Contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor to install a complete seamless epoxy coating system. Contractor will be responsible for surface preparation of existing ceiling, walls and floor surfaces to insure proper adhesion. The coating system used on the ceiling will be the same as specified for the walls. Wall preparation to include cleaning, grinding, scraping and blasting to prepare the walls for application of epoxy coating. Ceiling preparation to include cleaning, grinding, scraping and blasting to prepare the ceiling for application of epoxy coating. Floor preparation to include cleaning, grinding, scraping and blasting to prepare the floor for application of epoxy coating. All floor, wall and ceiling coating systems will be the same type of epoxy coating. Contractor will install any filler, sheetrock or plywood to prepare the walls and ceiling for installation of epoxy coating. Epoxy coating will be installed according to specifications issued with the solicitation. Issuance of packets anticipated on or about 02/24/97. Phone and written (faxed) requests will be honored.
