BOSWELL (508) 233-4946 (Site Code DAAK60) The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Command has a requirement to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the full maintenance necessary to keep in proper operating condition all automatic, overhead and manual doors. These doors listed are to be inspected and repaired semi-annually consisting of a base year and three (3) option years. Contractor shall perform the following: Automatic pedestrian doors; Overhead commercial doors; Standard doors entry corridor and stairwell. Contractor shall be responsible for servicing all doors when emergencies arise due to abuse or accidents not covered by maintenance contract. Contractor shall respond within 4 hours to a condition that could jeopardize the safety of pedestrian traffic. Contractors shall visit site prior to submitting a quote to observe existing conditions and locations of doors. Contractors will be provided with building location maps and floor plans with Request for Quotation. The SIC Code for the acquisition is 7349. Requests for copies of the RFQ must be submitted in writing and should include the requestors name, address, phone number, facsimile number, and e-mail address. Requests may be submitted by mail, facsimile, or e-mail. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This is a first time acquisition, no previous history available.
