BOSWELL (508) 233-4946 (Site Code DAAK60) The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Command has a requirement to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform air filter changes in the 13 buildings will not exceed 240 hours to include the removal and disposing from the premises of the dirty filters, installation of clean air filters, clean or grease filters, and filter recommendation. Contractor will be required to supply sufficient and necessary supplies and equipment but not limited to filters, roll media, ladders and tools. The contract will consist of a base year and three (3) one year options. Filter changes shall be done twice a year. The filters to be changed are as follows: disposable panel filters, extended surface pleated filter, extended surface positive filter, dri-pak filter, grease filters, carbon filters and roll media. A list of rooms where the units are located, the size, styles, and number of filters currently being used for each type of unit, and a map which shows the room and locations will be provided in the Requestfor Quotation. Contractor will be responsible for determining if the style and sizes of filters presently being used are the most efficient for the unit. Contractor shall completely change the filters in the entire building before going to the next building. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 7349.
