The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to award a sole source contract to Mission Research Corporation (MRC) to complete the revisions to EM-1, Chapter 6, Thermal Effects, by completing a set of first principles time resolved thermal output calculations and by revising all Chapter 6 graphs to reflect the community standard definitions of "transmission."
