The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and supplies to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services including change of occupancy maintenance, caretaker maintenance of vacant units, trash removal, grounds maintenance, snow removal and refuse services, miscellaneous trouble call repairs and other related miscellaneous services by means of a combination firm fixed price indefinite quantity cntract. The applicable SIC CODE and SIZE STANDARD is 8744 and $13.5 Millon for this solicitation, The COST RANGE is $250,000 -- $500,000. The specification contains one base year with four one year options periods to be exercised by the Government if found to be in its best interest. The options may be exercised without further Notice. FAR CLAUSE 52.217-8 option to extend services will be included in this solicitation.
