This contract will be for the Military Mission for the states of Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana & Tennessee. This contract is for base year plus 4 option years. Maximum contract value is $10,000,000 for each year. Contract award will be based on the Offerors' Management Abilities, Subcotracting Support Capability, Price Consciousness, Experence and Technical Staff. Minimum Contract Value is $200,000 for base year and $100,000 for each option year. This Contract is NOT intended to be used to address environmental contamination issues except for incidental occurences of lead-based paint or asbestos associated with renovation or demolition projects.
