Ball marked and 10 micron gold plate with the silver plated Marine Corps emblem raised upon the plinth surmounting the head. Title band engraved UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. Main title band to read MARINE FORCES PACIFIC BAND enameled in black on a gold background. On the lower head a silver plated Marine Corps emblem raised on the obverse and reverse. Directly below the emblems the engraved words SEMPER FIDELIS. At the base of the head a silver plated coronet. Fitted best quality malacca cane, plaited chain, and longer ferrule all silver plated.
