The USCG YARD is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide all labor, supervision and material required for the demolition, milling, road reconstruction, storm water piping, and concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter work as specified in the contract documents, drawings and specifications. The solicitation consists of: CLIN 0001 for base bid work, as described above, CLIN 00001A for joint repair (est. quan. 1000 FL), and CLIN 0001B for base repair (est. quan. 1000 SF), and OPTIONAL ITEMS AS FOLLOWS: CLIN 0002 (for same type of work as base bid item), CLIN 0002A for joint repair (est. quan. 500 LF), and CLIN 0002B for base repair (est. quan. 500 SF). Award will be made to the responsible bidder offering the lowest aggregate price for the Base Bid Items and Optional Bid Items IAW FAR Clause 52.217-5. Final acceptance shall be at destination.
