CA, is accepting Request for Proposals for a Feasibility and
Development study from a firm or firms interested in entering into a
business partnership for the following project: Executive Education and
Training and Conference Center,RFP #9041 The proposal requires a
combination of new construction and existing building renovation. The
Feasibility Study will incorporate a comprehensive market study and
full financial analysis to determine the viability of the proposed pr,
and operations and management will also need to be addressed. To
request a copy of RFP #9041, please fax a request to R. Carlisle,
Business and Finance at (408) 582-3399. A pre-proposal conference and
walk-through for February 26, 1997, 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). Bidders
should allow a minimum of one (1) hour and attendance shall be at
their sole expense. University Parking requirements are strictly
enforced. Separate sealed RFP's for the above project is due on April
2, 1997, 2:00 p.m. (Pacific) at the Office of Buiness and Finance, 100
