The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Det, Phila. intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis, in accordance with FAR Part 12, a commercial items acquisition, batched concrete for the Public Works Center, Guatanamo Bay, Cuba. The specification is as follows: 1) batched concrete to be delivered to various job sites located at Guatanamo Bay, Cuba, to be delivered within 24 hours after issuance of a delivery order. Requirement is to be procured under a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract with a minimum guaranteed amount of 68 cubic yards and a maximum amount of 680 cubic yards for the 12 month base period starting 1 October 1997. Duration of the contract is for a one year period with two 12 month option years. The requirement is unrestricted.
