Work is to be performed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina for a period of approximately 90 days. Personnel performing the work must have a BA or BS degree with three (3) years of related experience. Contractor shall develop flash cards for 42 of the 45 lessons in the BMLC language program. The contractor shall develop module tests in the required language to validate the Learning Objectives for each of the modules. The Contractor shall develop a mock test/skill integration practical exercise to validate the Final Learning Objectives and, after final review, make any required corrections.
