Hite, 303/275-5274, Contracting Officer Christine O'Guin Project consists of providing professional physician services for the routine professional medical, x-ray service and laboratory test services to meet the needs of individual students enrolled at Pine Ridge Job Corps Center. On-Center medical services shall be provided at the Center Health Clinic on the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center. Off-Center medical services shall be provided at the Contractor's Health Care Facility or a referral facility. The Contractor's facility shall be located within a 100 mile round trip driving radius of the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center. Emergency treatment is neither a part of nor covered under, this contract. The Physician furnishing medical services required under this contract shall be legally licensed to practice medicine in the State of Nebraska. The physician should have training as a Medical Doctor or doctor of Osteopathy and should have experience and interest in adolescent medicine. The Pine Ridge Job Corps Center is located approximately 11 miles south of Chadron, Nebraska, on Highway 385. Contract will be awarded for one year, with 2 possible one year option periods.
