Contractor must be an eligible urban Indian organization as defined by PL 94-437. Responsible offeror is required by PL 94-437 to be governed by a board comprised of members that reside in the urban area in which services will be delivered. Scope of work is to povide healthcare service delivery for the urban Indian population residing in the Spokane, WA urban area. A pre-proposal conference will be held i n Spokane, Wa. to brief prospective offerors. Date and place will be published in the Request For Proposal package. The contract period of performance will begin approximately June 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997, with four one-year options for renewal.
