The MSCP objective is to develop a comprehensive ecosystem management plan for the conservation of sensitive and listed biological resources of the Lower Colorado River mainstem, and to ensure state and federal compliance with the provisions of the Endangered Species Act, NEPA, and other applicable state and federal requirements.
