Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP) Steering
Committee and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation seek a
consultant to provide professional facilitation services to assist with
process design and implementation; stakeholder outreach strategy
development and implementation; meeting facilitation; agency
coordination; and consensus building among MSCP participants and
outside agencies. The MSCP objective is to develop a comprehensive
ecosystem management plan for the conservation of sensitive and listed
biological resources of the Lower Colorado River mainstem, and to
ensure state and federal compliance with the provisions of the
Endangered Species Act, NEPA, and other applicable state and federal
requirements. This request for proposals (RFP) accompanies a MSCP
conservation plan development services RFP concurrently advertised
