Carr of the Southern Methodist University for the development of numerical and analytical tools to analyze, with the aim to control, the phase dynamics of coupled nonlinear oscillator arrays subject to stochastic noise and array disorder. Dr. Carr is the only known source that possess all of the necessary scientific, engineering, and mathematical experience and has the expertise in this area of research.
