The Marine Corps proposes to acquire, on a sole-source basis, services for a Air Pollution Control System (APCS) manufactured by Terr-Aqua Enviro Systems, Inc., and control systems of associated equipment. Performance is required at building 573 of Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA. The effort includes repairs, routine maintenance and on-call service necessary to maintain APCS and associated equipment operation in accordance with Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District regulations and may include system upgrades and modifications. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded with a one-year performance period anticipated to begin on May 1, 1997. The Marine Corps does not own, nor can it provide, the proprietary APCS technical data. Only written requests will be accepted.
