Project includes construction of new reinforced CMU block building (approximately 500 SF) with dual heat pump system and electrical generator and demolition of existing building. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time of this contract shall be 180 calendar days. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
