This market survey and the procurement that will follow is unrestricted. Estimated cost of services is more than $2,500,000 per year. Period of performance is for a 12 month period starting 1 Oct 98 and four (4) option years. Media support functions might include but are not limited to photography, graphics ARTS, audio visual management, video production services, television services, video conferencing services, mail distribution and courier services, and publication management and distribution. Award will be based upon evaluation of the proposals for base performance year and all option years in four areas: technical, management, cost, and past experience. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to offer the best value to the government based upon the evaluation criteria. Therefore, award may be made to other than the low offeror.
