The equipment listed above must be compatible with existing equipment and is proprietary to Enerdyne Technologies, Inc., 8402 Magnolia, Suite C, Santee, CA 92071. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-97-Q-0966 and the solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This is a small purchase, small business set-aside, the SIC Code is 3577 and the Size Standard is 1,000. Delivery is required on or before 01 April 97. FOB point is Destination. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are no addendums to the provision. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with his offer. Clause 52.212-4, Commercial Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and there are no addendums to this clause.
