anticipated. At this time oral presentations are planned. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be evaluated. No
telephone or other requests for procurement history shall be accepted.
A draft Statement of Work, Specification and Contract Data Requirements
Lists will be placed on the EBB during the week of February 3, 1997.
Following this draft issuance the Government plans to convene an
Pre-solicitation Conference. This conference shall be conducted in
order to discuss and provide clarification/answers to
comments/questions regarding the above documents. Location, date and
time of the conference will be posted via the EBB. The U.S. Army
Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an
Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of
Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitationsfor Bids (IFBs) from
Government to Industry. All interested parties wishing to do business
with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from
the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an
identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal
equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the
EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued
upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's
Manual. All requests must include (1) company name, (2) point(s) of
contact name(s) and title(s), (3) return address(es) and (4) telephone

Contractors may request aperture cards and notice of revision(s) via
EBB, e-mail, or by written request to the Contracting Officer at the
address set forth in paragraph 11 above. Bids shall be submitted in
